Odours being tested – Birch , Anise & Clove

All handlers and dogs must be current members of ACSW and have current membership IDs

Please read the below carefully in regards to memberships

If you are not a member of ACSW and you need to join then please go here – once you have completed the form, you will receive an email with a Paypal invoice – once you have paid this, ACSW will email your membership number – please wait until you receive your membership number (and dogs membership number) before entering the ORT – this will be sent to you  before the ORT closes).  Please remember if you are joining as a new member you also must register your dog – see below).   New members are requested to join ASAP and no later than Saturday 10th April 5 pm in order to give ACSW sufficient time to process your memberships and provide details to you before the event closes.

If you have joined ACSW in the past and you are not sure if your membership has expired,  please email info@acsw.com.au and we will check your membership and notify you of the status and what is needed before you enter this event.

If you are a current member of ACSW and have your membership card showing expiry date of 30 June 2021 then no action is needed at present for your membership and you may enter this event.   You will be advised how to renew  in early June 2021.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER AND YOUR DOGS MEMBERSHIP NUMBER BEFORE ENTERING THE ORT.

Cost is $35 per odour per dog – Only 1 dog per handler per odour

Please note payment is via Paypal and must be paid at time of registering

Register below if your running a dog – if you are a volunteer, spectator, judge, CO  then please register here and agree to the ACSW Waiver Liability

TIMELINE FOR THIS EVENT

Please note that entries close Sunday 11th April 2021 at 8pm – all competitors will be emailed details about the day and times to arrive by Tuesday 13th April 2021.

ORT Ribbons 

if you pass birch, anise and clove ORTs before 1st July 2020 and you want an ORT ribbon, you will need to apply to ACSW for this ribbon after 1 July 2020 and pay $30 administration fee.

if you pass your 3rd odour after 1st July 2020 you will automatically get a ribbon (no cost).
